If you have a question about the status of an order please allow us time to process your order first. If you are waiting for a shipped order please allow two to three weeks for your order to arrive before contacting us. Overseas orders are sometimes held up in customs, and large parcels may not fit in your mailbox, please check with your local post office before reporting an order missing.
